well, if its privately owned...its no longer wildlife.

the direction now is getting them called livestock, then enforcing the rules for how we dispatch livestock wink

I hope that the IDNR F&W division appeals this decision sooner rather than later. The Governor should be up in arms over this ruling. Who are the two judges that think that way?

Pence supports Deer farms and "shooting" preserves...

I wouldn't count on any help from him...

The ruling cannot be appealed. The supreme court decided not to hear the case thus making the appeals court decision the final one.

Maybe when Pence leaves for Washington D.C. a new Indiana Governor with more common sense will be elected and will nix these canned hunting farms with high fences. To me that's is not hunting. That's more like a slaughter house.
