Provides that back-country areas of Yellowwood State Forest, Morgan-Monroe State Forest, Jackson-Washington State Forest, and Clark State Forest may not be developed in a manner that permits motorized access, sale of timber, or commercial activity." There's a reason I like dogs better'n people... .
