Not much luck here because of the high water. All my local fishing holes are super high and muddy, wont be fishable for about 2-3 weeks. h.h.

Would like to hit the reservoir at Cataract, but it's still almost 20 feet above summer pool. Crazy weather this spring! We're now very close to drought soil conditions here, and need rain badly, yet the rivers and lakes are still way high!

Same thing here. Between April 27 and May 28 we received 13.5" of rain...since then, .20" and while the ponds, lakes and rivers are still high, the ground is starting to get really dry.

I actually watered my lawn yesterday, it's been so dry....Crazy.

Went fishing on Maxintuckee lake last night and fished til 4am. Stayed in 7-10' water and trolled long stickbaits over top of weed beds. Caught 9 walleyes... most 12-14", all short except the one I lost at the boat, 10 smallmouth... half of those were around 2 lbs, 15 rockbass and one of them was 1 -1/2 lbs. Mayfly hatch took place right after dark too. Great night for trolling! h.h.

Nice!

We have been hammering the bluegill in local ponds. Heading to Canada for 8 days at the end of the month with my oldest son

Caught these 4 walleyes Thursday evening, lost a nice one at the boat, they measured 18", 19, 20, 21". Fishing has been good this week. h.h.

I have done a good bit of fishing, just not in Indiana!

My dad and I returned to Tippmann Outfitters in Quebec in June for black bear hunt, but we brought our boat this time and fished every day. We really got on the pike and had a blast.

Then in July, my wife, son, and I went up to Alaska for 10 days. I got the opportunity to float down the Kenai River on a catamaran raft and fish for trout. Talk about an experience! I didn't take any pics, but they wouldn't have done it any justice anyway.

A few days later I was able to go out and salmon fish out of Seward and we were able to limit out in only a couple hours. Brought home 50lbs of salmon filets!

Fished Oliver Lake today and caught 4 rainbows and 1 brown. The brown was too small, rainbows ran about 14", just the right size for smoking. h.h.
