Hey guys,
Looking to get out and catch some Eyes on Monroe soon! Any tips on how to do this? I have never fished for them before but I have been interested in the northern Walleye fishing scene so I'm trying to get in on the action myself. I am going to first try to fish beneath the dam (spillway) when it's letting out water full bore.
