I would go mid-day since the water temps will be a bit higher. Been cold the past few days. The bite today got better as it warmed up.

White bass like any bait thats bright and flashy. River fish realy like Rooster tail inline spinner in white with a silver blade.
Bean, nice fish but the ones I catch are twice that size. Matter of fact I want you and Luke to come fish with me later next month some evening and I'll show you what I mean. BTW, how many did Luke catch.....????? h.h.

I caught all males as the females are not up yet. We get some nice ones and maybe not the size of the ones you catch but the females will be a bit bigger. It was just good to be out and catch a few.
