I am going to attempt to start a 4-H project called Sport Fishing here in Tippecanoe County. The program is hit and miss across the state. Newton Co has one and they are helping me get going. I think Benton is starting one as well! First official year will be 2016. I plan to have a pilot day this year to raise interest.
