Maybe better then hunting. I remember the mid day crappie fishing in Shafer, between hunts. Very nice

We cleaned 30 Monday night, 80 Tuesday, and 90 on Wednesday the cooler was my share from Wednesday. Lake owner is doing management and I was happy to help! In order to fish we had to keep all gills and crappie, and all bass 10"-13"! Uh! OK I'm your man.

Wow! Great mess of fish! Crappie are my favorite fish to eat, with bluegill as a strong second. Wish I had a honey hole like that close by. Enjoy!
