An agreement was made to let the CF Rape the river until Dec 1st in exchange the injunction was rescinded and enforceable regs go in place then had that not happened that decision would have been in the hands of the judge and it would have been back to the drawing board anything now will have to wait till the next legislative session next year no one was pleased Including KYDNR but what do you do?
