We are headed to Willow Slough in the morning. Hoping we can find those big slough gills! Hope we can post some pics tomorrow!

I fished my pond today and caught about 6 real nice gils, bite was slow. Good 12" of ice. h.h.

If you're not a hemorrhoid, get off my butt.

We went to the slough and caught two. My 8 year old caught a giant gill. Others acted like the bite was slow.

Hoping to go back.

That's a lot of ice HH. Not really surprised the bite is slow now. B&D, who much ice at the slough? With the temps coming this week, the ice might become good enough here in the central part of the state also.

We had a good 8" maybe more. It was a workout to drill three holes each set. Never been there before so we moved around a lot.

Friends are fishing summit and Westwood back in Henry County, I would bet the ice in central IN is fine. They are saying 7+.
