#6 fawn killer for the year. A nice male caught on a flat set using a chunk of wood for backing. I caught him in a MB550.

#7 was a young female mudball I caught this morning. Caught her in a flat set using a mound of bean chaff as backing and a modified #2 duke. This is the 3rd one I caught at this same location this year. It is mud soup right now so I had to pull the trap.

I caught another young male yote in a snare this morning and also a nice male grey fox in a snare. I caught the fox in a yote snare so I caught him around the hips. I was in a hurry to check my traps and forgot my cell phone and camera. Sorry I did not get any picks of them.

Nice going DP. I think all of the ones we catch in the next few days will look like that as much rain as we had.

Caught 3 more over the weekend in snares. One big male that had bad fur, so I did not even skin him out. The 2 others were pretty females.

You're really thinning the pack PB. I put out 6 dirtholes and a couple snares New Years day. Had this big male waiting for me tonight.

The females seem to be very nice this year, they have been lighter in color than the males I have caught.
