I got my dad a couple duke dog proof coon traps for Christmas. Does he have to have a trapping license to trap his own property? He has a comprehensive hunting and fishing lifetime now.
If anyone can tell us what he needs to get these traps out, please chime in!
Thanks

Yaz is correct no license is required to hunt or trap on your own property. However, if he would trap on a neighbor for example, he must have a "Trapping" license, hunting license does not cover trapping.
Victory without honor is a great loss!
