Went to Hoosier Trapper Supply and bought the coyote kit:

Just went through the dvd and will be beginning to get ready for the season. We have never really trapped before and this is getting me pretty pumped about it.

Yotes and coons beware....

They also have a pretty good set of videos on YouTube. You can get to them from their website. The episode 3 of season 2 shows Jim Reyser? trapping for the first time. He talked to Charlie and bought the coyote kit and is pretty successful doing it his first season. It is also an episode on Midwest Whitetail.

Cool, Once you catch one you will be hooked. There is a trapping event in Greenwood at Hoosier Trapper supply on saturday Sept 28. Some good demos will be performed.

Bad timing, I'd love to go but not missing out taking my son during youth season.

Yep same here. If only they could do it a week earlier.

bean beware trapping is addicting. last year was our first year and was a blast. watch that dvd dont get discouraged and you will have a blast. the coons are pretty simple to catch. the coyotes are more challenging but once you figure it out its a blast.
