Has anyone caught any coons in traps with the little bit of snow and cold weather. I haven't hunted because of it but wondered if anybody else has.

Haven't caught any coons and neither has anyone else. They aren't moving because of the snow and below zero temps.

They hate to walk in snow, just mostly stay in their den trees.

Went out last night inch of snow and 10 degrees. One dump and got one coon.

Coon movement all but disappears under about 20°

Boars can still be caught on occasion by setting trails between den trees. That's about the only movement going on. Straight from den to den looking for sows in heat
