Do you even get an actual stamp now?
If not, does it need to be printed out? Or do you just get a number like the HIP?
I need to get one for dove, but my printer doesn't work. Do i need to get it from Walmart, or just do it at home? And write down a confirmation number on my licence?

Need/better to have the print out ..... while everything is online available to a CO to check once you purchase it, I think it would be like "officer, I left my drivers license at home" , even though he can see on his computer your legal.... I wouldnt want to take the chance with a CO .... he just may be having a bad day when/if he checks you ...
