Whats your best squirrel recipe?
Im partial to quick browning pieces rolled in four, salt and pepper in a cast iron dutch oven ,...then add about 1/2 cup of white wine, cover with a lid and bake in the oven at 325 for 1:15 to 1:30 min or until the meat is fork tender. Sometimes I use a little garlic powder in the seasoning. Meat is fall off the bone done with a nice gravy......yum! And of course mashed taters are mandatory! h.h.
