His first time really going out deer hunting seriously we are all tied in up in the "tree blind" I just hope we see one.

Well we saw 3 doe and some squirrel he enjoyed it so it was a great night out. I also got some good video of his world class cat calling skills he called it right to us and he even got a shot off with his toy gun he took along.
No we aren't cat killers we pretended it was a wild type cat I.e. mountain lion or bobcat

He is 5, 6 in January yea it was fun but a lot of extra work to just go hunting but still blast

Oh yeah takes patience to a whole new level. Mine saw me shoot a turkey at 5 and just last year at 7 I took him bow hunting with me. He shot his first turkey and deer at 6. Hes up to 3 turkeys, hes now 8. Still has just the 1 deer but hes holding out for a buck. Passed several does last year and no luck youth season this year. Hes ready for shotgun season.
