While squirrel hunting with my son yesterday, I noticed from a distance my climbing sticks were missing from my Osage stand. Upon further investigating, found them in a jumble at the base of the tree, hang on stand still up in tree and untouched. I haven't use this stand in a couple years. The ropes on climbing sticks were rotted and needing replaced. It appears my trespassers were back and likely intent on stealing the stand....And the sticks came crashing down with them. Lol.....Really really lol!

You got what you deserved! Hope it caused lots of pain and scarring!

NOW STAY OFF MY LAND!!!!!!! Or the butt whooping I'll give you will make you wish you never existed!

Glad to hear it and also glad that it happened to someone else and not you. Karma plus a little luck was sent your way.

I knew they were bad, so haven't used it until I could replace.

Your lucky they didn't sue you. I'm sure there's a lawyer out there that would take the case.

For what? Them trespassing on posted property? Or attempting to steal private property? Lo!

Wish they would try. I'd counter sue for the quarter mile of fence they cut up two years ago, destruction of property, attempted theft, criminal trespass for starters!

I know of a lady who had 4 wheelers trespassing on her property. They had a wreck and they sued her because it was on her property. I know it's crazy. I'm not sure how it ended but if I recall correctly insurance settled out of court. I worked with her neighbor.

Personally I think they should have paid her for trespassing, property damage and emotional distress.
