Luke is in the UP for two weeks, Rebekah is working up there all summer, Rachel is in Thailand until late August so for the first time in 20 years we are without kids for 15 days.

Been pretty nice actually. Julie and I got some projects done, got caught up on happy time, and I got some honey extraction done.

I did hit the deer spots today and clear out a spot we sprayed 2-3 weeks ago. We are pretty excited about this corner. Here are some before and after picks. It is TBD what I am going to plant here.

I love it! Spent a couple years doing the same thing. Hard work, but I loved it and I miss it.

Bean one thing you didn't actually push mow that did you? Little redneck engineering with a small bungy to keep blades engaged and some baling wire to tie it to the front of that 4 wheeler rack just drive slow it works

What crop did you decide to plant in there?

I did a hodgepodge of stuff I had. Mostly oats and clovers with a touch of radishes.

This "plot" is more of a shooting lane than a destination plot. This' idea has worked well for us in the past.
