Hey guys, I know its early but I just found out we lost our place to stay for firearms deer season. (do to an illness). We hunt the Wheatfield area (jasper county). We still have our hunting land but now no place to stay. Does anyone know of any motels / b&b's / cabins or anything in the area we could checkout. I checked online closest motel looks like near I-65 or valpo ? Any help would be great. Hard to know what your getting from online. tks.

Closest campground to Wheatfield is Donna Jo Campground...just a hop skip and jump away... just off of Hwy 49 , not to far from the Wheatfield power plant....1255 s County rd 350 E, Kouts...ph. 219 766 2186

as for hotels/motels the closest is Valpo on US 30, just off of US 49...there is a bunch of 'em.... I drive by them all the time, same for the camp ground, and its a clean place too...
