Well boys I just took my deer head in to the taxidermist yesterday so it probably be a few months does any body know about how long it takes

That all depends on how good a buddy your taxidermist is........but seriously its usually 8-12 months. My head went Sunday and I should get it back late December or early January. Post a picture when you get him back. h.h.

Yeah my sister's buck is going in probably tonight and it'll be back in January sometime probably. taking it to the same place luke took his. The guy is really good I hear

Never mind about what I said on Thursday. We took the deer head to Van Fleet's Taxidermy in Liberty, Indiana (Frame's Outdoors - Union County) and it won't be done until late August to early September of next year!!! They said that their so far backed up that all deer heads won't be done until that time.

Well i went and got my mount back yesterday i will post the pics of it later it has been done for a few week we just went and got it yesterday he did a good job
