I had 2 roasts left in the freezer from last years so I sliced them up and made a big batch of jerky! Tried some differrent seasonings too. Kids like dads jerky. Nothing better than sittng in the stand chewing on deer jerky!!!

Yea....if I can get it to last long enough to make it thru to the next day, so I can TAKE SOME to the deer stand. If I make a couple roasts into jerky, its GONE in 2 days. mad I guess thats why I make it tho....

I made 50 pounds last week. I like the burger though. Use high mountain jerky cure and add a little of my own stuff.

Started a batch last night. Have to have something to do in stand Saturday right! Told the kids to stay out ill make them some more later. Made this batch spicey!!!
