I like the jerky better than roasted or grilled too. All the game birds that have a dark meat breast are a touch on the strong side for me. Quail, pheasant and grouse are more to my liking. h.h.

Way to go guys, good shooting! I caught Bobby Flay on an early Sunday morning talk show yesterday. He was describing how to properly prepare a Christmas goose. After a few attempts and consultations with Emeril, Martha, etc., he declared, throw out the goose and get a turkey for the table. If Bobby Flay can't make it taste good......
