National trappers gather in Goshen

The Indiana State Trappers Association will host the National Trappers
Association National Convention at the Elkhart County Fairgrounds in Goshen,
Aug. 2 to 5.

"This convention will be the largest trapping convention in the world," said
ISTA President Lonnie Phillips. "Top trappers from across the U.S. will teach
trapping methods, skinning techniques and more. Activates will be for adults and
kids."

Three-day admission costs $10 for those over the age of fourteen.

THE ISTA state convention will be at the Jasper County Fairgrounds, Sept. 14 to
16.
