Hello. I have come across a very large collection of assorted recurve bows and arrows. All of this dates back to the 1950/60s is my guess. I have been asked to sell it as a collection or as lots.
My only point of this post is to gauge interest.

I have had an archery expert look at them and he has advised that a couple of them have hairline fractures in the glass and should not be shot.

I think they are terrific looking pieces and I have already cleared a spot on my wall for a piece or two.

Do any of these pieces interest you or would you be interested in getting some prices?
Thought I would rather sell them here than Ebay.

Let me know here or PM. I will respond quickly. (but not today...going to climb a tree.

Cool! Love the old turkey feather fletchings and wood arrows. Killed a few deer with that stuff back in the day.

I could use that arrow rack and the back quiver if you come up with prices.

Dec..if you are interested in buying all of this as one collection, please pm me with an offer. I have had a few inquiries about just that.

As a reminder, I am selling this lot for a friend of mines grandfather. This was all his and he is now unable to use it. He is in poor health and is genuinely concerned that it will not be enjoyed by a sportsman after he is gone. That is why I offered to sell it here. I knew some here would appreciate it for what it is.

I have an idea of what the lot is roughly worth and just want to do right by my friend and her grandfather.

Thanks guys!

Very nice. Is the one in the front (bottom) ambidextrous and wood with no fiberglass? Does it still have life left in it or is it a wall hanger? If it is wood and can still be shot, I'm very interested if you/your friend decide to break up the collection. I don't know much about the value (and I'm a cheapskate), so I wouldn't want to offend with an offer off the top of my head, but if it becomes available separately, I'd appreciate a PM with a value for it and about a dozen compatible arrows. Thanks.
