Guys

I have a LTL. If imam reading the regs correct I don't need to buy a bird stamp to go quail or pheasant hunting but would need to buy federal waterfowl stamp for geese.

Is this correct?

That has worked for me , So I believe that is right

Lifetime hunting and fishing licenses covers all (and future) licenses and stamps EXCEPT the waterfowl stamp, which is administered through the Federal government...
