They've been in use since at least 2004 in Afghanistan and other areas per Al Queda instructions. 2010 Times Square SUV rig was a pressure cooker, but was not detonated. Not a new technique, just first time one has been used in the US. Not a false flag attack, IMO.
Time for local LEO's to hook up with their state National Guard infantry... they've been training on IED's for a long time and have the knowledgebase...

I've used my electric pressure cooker numerous times for pot roast,,and squirrel quarters. I did register it with the warranty card. Oh heII....I'm on another list...

I had one gave to me yesterday, I took it on boat with me today fishing. **** thing fell overboard! Aint sure which strip pit I was on, I was some where south of watchamacallit Indiana........
