Getting the lil man early from school and we are going to hit the honey hole. No bball game/practice tonight, the sun is out, no wind, and an unfished private lake. Maybe some pics later - maybe not.... Here ya go: 2/3 of the 5 gallon bucket in 3 hours. Threw many back. I have NO idea how many we caught. They were a booger to clean but worth it.

Congrats Bean. I drove by a lake south of South Bend this evening and there were a lot of guys fishing it. I'm encouraged by your picture.

I fished 4 hours today on my pond and didnt get a bite! Should have had Luke the provider with me....maybe he could teach this old dog some new tricks....LOL. I fished deep, shallow, different colored jigs and those darn gills had lock jaw. Im not giving up and will be at it again tomorrow. h.h. PS, if you dont have one of those ice auger adapters for 18 volt drills get one. I cut 12 holes today through 2ft of ice in no time. Best darn thing Ive bought in a long time!
