Shot 3 this morning, cleaned them and gave them to my 90 year old neighbor who cant hunt any more. Woods was still until 8:30. I missed 2 and after checking my gun the scope was off to the left. Dialed it back in and good to go. Bouncing it around on my 4 wheeler must have caused it. h.h.

I took (RIP)-TheRomer's youngest son squirrel
hunting this morn in the off/on rain. Spotted first
one at 7:36. We brought home 5.
I had both Mikey and Keith on my mind heavy this morning!

I would post a pic of the critters, but it shows blood.
We all know what 5 wet tree rats look like don't we?

Oh yeah, also saw a small buck in velvet,
and a turkey as well... helped make for interesting morning.

With my experience with Luke, I seriously think he's an animal whisperer. He seems to just summon the animals to come...LOL!

We struck out on squirrels the first day, but did see one and saw a couple deer. Second day we didn't see anything in the morning, but took a gray and a red in the evening cutting on a hickory. We got way more chiggers than squirrels, but had a blast!! Saw an arrowhead looking rock and a big water spider also.
