Big dog down

Worked on saving the deer in my urban zone area. Took this big male tonight, it was a long set just a little over an hour. I could hear them barking after a series of calls, finally stopped calling hoping they would come in looking. This big male come in, one little lip squeak stopped him. Dropped him at 60 yards. When I pick him up I thought this thing is heavy, He weighed 47#. No more fawns for him.

NIce going and good picture. A buddy hunted two nights ago on our place and said they kept barking in the woods but wouldn't come out into the field. Again, nice going!

Good going maddog. Called this morning at my deer hunting grounds but didn't see a thing. Watched one running across a field on our way back...really wanted to stop and take a shot at him .
