So I want to know how you guys keep your furs until you sell them? I have been drying them on the boards then taking them off but they appear to be shrinking on me pretty bad. How do you fix this?

If the hides were completely dry before you took them off the boards, they would not shrink. Unless you are storing them where there is moisture, and no heat.

Ok so do you store them just fur side in untill you sell or try and turn them back in. The problem I'm having is they are really stiff and you can't do anything witg them. I tanned one myself and had to soak it just to loosen it up.
except for fox/coyote which should be turned fur out when partially dry at about 12-15 hours, must remain pliable to turn and fit back on a stretcher ...
