As far as pics, you click the "Attachment Manager" link at the bottom (paper clip next to it). If you don't see it, click the "Use Full Editor" first.

Stick I tried but it said pic was to large. Idk how to resize. I'm not very tech savvy for being a borderline millennial lol

Ha! Yeah the easiest way if it's on your phone is to send the pic to yourself (to email) and the phone will then ask you what size to send, and you will select anything less than 500 kb in size. Then you can post it. I wish the site could resize images automatically but that is not an option that it has.
