Squirrel Season 2018

Started today.....did anyone go? Too hot and muggy for me this AM. I Plan on waiting on a 50 degree morning when its cooler. h.h.

I'll go out Friday AM .... unfortunately work beckons right now ..... suppose to rain the next few days any ways, which Ive had some good days hunting in, esp if it stays light with little to no wind .... I wish the humidity would drop... I dont like these sticky days ...light winds Fri. up here, out of the north, so lower humidity ... the .22 is all set to go ..

Went this afternoon. Buddy saw one I didn't see any.

Will get out soon. Cold front supposed to be coming next week. Lows in the 50s highs in the 70s. Looking forward to it and hope it just keeps getting cooler. Best time of the year is almost here.

Went yesterday morning with a couple friends. They were not moving, only one squirrel was taken. Plenty of skeeters though. h.h.

I've been out a few times and have gotten 5 so far and missed a few. For only a 10 acre woods I saw a lot of activity but after I get to about 5 like this,I quit for the season so I don't clean them out. I need to find more places to hunt them around here.

went out tonight after bushy tails...saw none but did see five deer!
