The DNR is seeking private landowners to allow limited public gamebird hunting opportunities on their properties in exchange for financial incentives and technical assistance through a program called APPLE.

I like it! Not sure $25/acre will get many to enroll? But I hope it does. Hunting access out west is awesome. If we could get 1/4 of the participation from Hoosier landowners it would be worth spending my money here again.
