I did not follow a recipe, so all seasonings were just winging it on quantity of ea...
2 lbs deer burger
2 eggs beaten
1 big onion chopped
1 jalapeno diced
1/2 cup toasted garlic bread crumbs
1 small can of diced tomatoes w/green chilies
> in a good sized bowl, I beat the 2 eggs, poured in quite a bit of Worcestershire sauce, a small amount of Dales Steak Marinade, garlic powder, Montreal steak seasoning, seasoning salt, fresh ground black pepper, the diced jalapeno, the tomatoes, parsley, a good squirt of ketchup, and a lil bit of bacon grease....
Stir it all up and start mixing it into the meat.
I then blended in the bread crumbs and the onions.... put it all into the casserole dish!

Looks very tasty but you need more taters and gravy...less greens.....and added a ladle of gravy on top of the meatloaf too...... wink h.h.

No Greg, I made it on Wed.... I made the Venison Filet Mignon today!
