This one is simple, but very good.

Slice up however many cuts of backstrap or steak you want. Coat the pieces of meat in Italian Bread crumbs, and place in a hot skillet with olive oil. Just brown on each side, then place meat in a casserole dish. Cover the meat entirely with your favorite spaghetti sauce. Get some shredded mozzarella cheese and thoroughly cover everything. Place the casserole dish in the oven uncovered at 350 degrees and cook until the cheese starts to brown.
