Wings - 01/29/2012 07:12 PM

Been cooking a few wings at home. Pretty satisfied with'm but, I thought I'd ask what mild and hot sauce varieties you guys buy to put on your wings. We're mixing floor, breadcrumbs, cayenne, paprika , salt a a couple other spices to bread them before cooking. But, after that, I'd like to try a few different sauces. So, recommendations?

Deep fried with no breading. Half stick of butter melted in a bowl with a bottle of Franks hot sauce.

Kids and women need not apply.

If you like chinese.................

Then try this on some!

House of Tsang
Szechuan Spicy Stir-Fry Sauce

Found in grocery store.
I made 3 different kinds of wings last weekend, and one of them was the above as the base, with some butter and beer (it's kinda thick). But DANG it's good! It will LIGHT YOUR LIPS and MOUTH UP too buddy!!!! eek

As far as typical "hot wings"..... shingle monkey is spot on! wink
I put that chit on EVERYTHING! laugh

Another batch was with KRAFT's SPICY HONEY BBQ & BULLSEYE BOLD mixed together. Especially with the battered wings......... they almost tasted exactly like KFC's honey bbq wings they had.
But mine had a little extra ground red pepper in it for a KICK!
