Deer Heart Recipes

I opted to save the heart from my deer (it was intact) and I'd read they are good eating. Do any of y'all know some good recipes for deer heart?

We just slice the hart thin, then coat it in a flower or corn meal mix with some salt, pepper, garlic, and fry in hot oil!
