Unroll some Aluminum Foil and roll up the edges a little so the juice can't run away.
Place the foil on the grill at low to med/low heat. use a little butter, or non stick cooking spray Liberally to help keep the the fish from sticking. Place the fish on the foil and sprinkle on some "Cajun Shake" Made by Cajun Injector.
Shake on this dry season to taste.
When the fish is done, sprinkle on a tiny bit of lime juice, and serve. Bet you love it !
Works on all fish species.

We do a lot of fish very similar but I take the fish off the foil and put it directly on the heat for about 1 minute on each side to really crust it. We use a seasoning called Potlatch that really kicks the fish up a little. Headed to Lundington Michigan in a few weeks for kings. We fix fish like this for 7 days straight. Nothing better.
