Made some this weekend,,and they were AWESOME!!

Only problem is,,,,folks now expect them at every gathering. LOL!! (and I'm gonna do my best to oblige them)

I made some as well. I didn't have the time to smoke them so I just used the grill.

Nope, no ice cream needed. However, as a fair warning to others, a guy shouldn't eat too many of them at one time. WOW! They are delicious, but they can sneak up and put a hurt'n on feller....

Ooooh, I had some left that I brought for lunch too. Didn't eat'em though. Still recovering from last night and early this morning.

Made 25 of these yesterday for my daughters birthday party. About an hour for prep, 2 hours on the grill, and 2 minutes to devour. Literally 2 minutes, they were gone. Boy were they good though. WOW. I'll have to do it again when there's not so many people around.
