Look what flew into town - 07/23/2014 08:50 PM
My sister inlaw took a pic of this duck that showed up on her pond and has stuck around for about a week and a half. Does anyone know the name of this breed of duck.

Yeah BREW I looked it up last night. The breed is from South America... Lots of breeder's here in the U.S. from what I gather. Flies pretty good for a domestic tho....

Largest breed of domestic duck, we had one show up on our creek a couple years ago. Man that thing was tasty. It flew in just like a black duck and we didn't know what it was so we let it go? After researching it we found out it was a Muscovy and it ended up in the Jumbalaya. They can get up to 15lbs.
