Well, here is an update on the Buckmark. I called to have them order the gun from the distributor and Laura said I needed to make a deposit. As the shop is on my way home I decided to drop by and do it in person. She told me they were doing a food drive for the Christmas season and in honor of a long-time customer who had died would be giving away 12 Brownings for the 12 days of Christmas. A chance in the drawing would be given to anyone who donated. Sooooo, I took a bunch of food we had already collected at work and made my deposit. The next weekend I had to work up in the mountains and when I got home the little one told me the gun shop had called. Thinking I went in to pick up my gun first of the week. When I got there they were all smiles to see me. They asked if I had gotten the message and I said just that they had called so I assumed my pistol was in. They said that it was in but that I had also won in the drawing!! They went to the vault to get the guns and came out with 2 identical cases. Guess what I won? The same Buckmark, only this one in stainless
I went from zero pistols to two just like that!! Went and shot it last Friday and put 50 rounds in 2" at 5m....I am pretty happy
