Placing Photo Avatar

I just joined Hoosier Hunting, and while filling out my information I tried to place my photo next to my name. Not been able to do so, and wonder if anyone can tell me how to do this <Thanks>

Once logged in, click on your username displayed upper part of the page. Then select profile, then scroll down to Avatar section to add or update your Avatar pic.
