IED rigged trail cams in KY

In Harlan County, Kentucky, there have been three confirmed incidents of improvised explosive devices (IEDs) being hidden inside trail cameras, which exploded and injured people. An operation was conducted and nine IEDs were located and dismantled. Other devices, however, may still exist.

Someone's fed up with thieves it sounds like.

A friend from KY told me this: "They had the suspect in custody and he was helping find the explosives when the suspect tried to grab an officer's gun and was killed. Now they have no idea how many more there might be out there and they haven't said if he was alone in planting them."
