Do you put Honey supers back on after you harvest the honey this time of year??

Thro, are you expecting to have to feed the bees this fall? I think that is a determining factor. It'll be interesting to see what Keith finds out.

No feeding Its just easier to leave them on top of the two brood boxes and be ready for the spring but if they fill them full of Goldenrod honey I dont want that

I messed with bees as a kid and we never put a super back on in the fall. We wanted bees to be in hive. Less chance of them freezing out in winter if they are confined.
