Be sure to post a report. Looking to get up there in a couple weeks. If it's anything like it times past the catfish there bite on any thing and everything including bass baits. Good luck.

Look for the Sandy flats a lot of them around the lake. The cats love the Sandy areas.

I would not be caught dead in a boat on any Indiana public lake this weekend. Especially Brookville! That place is a madhouse of boats on holiday weekends. Bank fishing would be good though. Good luck. They should be biting good right before they spawn.

We were out on brookville this weekend. One thing I noticed, it appears there was a significant fish kill for some reason. Mostly 2-3 lb walleyes too. Saw them floating all over the place and washed up on shores.

Caught a smallmouth, a walleye, 3 crappie, 8 catfish, and a perch.
