Just 7 more days!

Hard to believe season opens in only a week from now!

I am not even in the mood for it yet... probably first time ever that I have not been overly excited for opening day! It's just been sooo dang hot & humid this year I guess.

Come Sat morning, it might be different tho...

Get stocked up on bug dope, and get out there Bo!

Only 3 more weeks or there abouts......never did hunt the early season even when I had the chance ...not that hard up to kill a deer in the heat and bugs around here... out west is a different story for antelope, Mulies and elk.. .... Heck, even in early Oct. it is so hot at times and the eye/buffalo gnats so bad, I dont bother with it, I'll go salmon/steelhead fishing instead ... Ive learned to choose my days wisely for deer .... Good luck to those who will brave the bugs and heat ...
