#9 Killed by Johannsen, it came off the place Ive hunted for 17 years now..... it walked right past one of my stands on my side, crossed the creek and he nailed it on his hunting property to the east, only a small sliver he hunts, which proves you dont need a huge property to kill a nice deer...... Both of us never saw it until he killed it...I shot a 224lb 10 pt that evening...what a day....But for that supposed 309"er to beat these, I dont know....The deer killed by Biggs came from just outside Chesterton to the east of HWY 49 .....

I believe in 2011 there where four typicals and nine non-typicals B&C entries for Indiana. The northern counties seem to put up more entries with multiple B&C bucks biting the bullet last year in Newton, La Porte, LaGrange and DeKalb counties

Excellent deer. I was trying to hunt warren Leonard's deer almost let me in til his grandson messed up when the doe law got confusing for a bit on last four day thing. He just lives down the road and I do a lot for the family. I've seen that mount many times it is something else. I'm close to getting bow only I hope. He found that deer dead in creek in February of that year no wounds just natural causes.

I'd be curious what part of Greene County the #13 deer came from.
