Gun season

Hate to be the poor hunter who goes to check in his deer on ly to find out it was illegally taken. Last time I checked gun season opens Nov 18 thru Dec 3. I have heard roughly 100 in and around Batesville

100 gun shots ?

How do you know if they were deer hunting and not just target shooting or doing some other type of hunting?

Duck, squirrel, and rabbit season is also in.
