https://www.courierpress.com/story/...ncrease-conservation-funding/2791358002/This is very important information for all hunters and fishermen who pay taxes on the goods and services they use for hunting and fishing. I'm wondering if these bird watchers, hikers, and anti-hunter types are trying to steal our funding. They want to divert our tax money from Fish and Wildlife Division to the Parks instead. This is money all hunters pay when we buy a rifle or shotgun and ammo. Bird watchers are not paying this tax. This tax is collected by the Government and redistributed back to the State Fish and Wildlife Division according to how many hunting license and fishing license are sold in each state. We have limited funding to support our hunting heritage and now these bird watchers want to steal our money away from us. They don't pay these taxes. We the hunters of Indiana are the ones paying this tax.

Your are right. These funds are coming from the sales of footballs and basketballs not guns and ammo. My mistake. This can be a good thing maybe.
