Well here is my recipe....... and my pics!
-Brown the meat with some Dale's Marinade sprinkled in (or Worcestershire). I used 1lb ground burger, 1/2lb ground sausage. Drain off any unwanted liquids.
-Throw in chopped onions, parsley, diced tomatoes, little crushed bacon, mushrooms, (purty much anything you want), salt & fresh ground black pepper to taste, and a
must have is sprinkling in GRILL MATE'S SPICY MONTREAL STEAK SEASONING..... sizzle on medium heat till onions soften some.
-Then add some pre-cooked rice and a can of either creme of mushroom/chicken soup, stir well and bring to simmer.
-Put some shredded cheese (of choice) into bottom of hollowed and tenderized peppers, then spoon in the "stuffing", and then top with cheese.
-Put on baking dish and bake apprx 20mins at 350. I also turn to BROIL to brown the tops good just before removing from oven.
My "stuffing mix", ready for insertion!
